Kurt Lehder

Kurt Lehder is an IT and product strategist with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation — in regulated, technology-driven industries including fintech, pharma, aviation, FMCG and the public sector.

As founder of KIERO Solutions Switzerland he leads a fully remote organisation of 32 employees across CH, DE, USA and Colombia — including 12 software engineers and 16 commercial specialists. Under his leadership five productive digital solutions are live: from an AI job coach to a digital language learning platform and an HR recruiting tool.

Previously at Atruvia AG, the primary digitalisation partner of the German cooperative banking sector (90 million customers across Europe): co-responsible for the strategic management of an annual IT budget of EUR 2 billion, directly below board level. Earlier roles: Interim CTO DACH at Kraft Heinz, ITSM programmes at Novartis and JetAviation, e-commerce solutions for 1&1 and United Internet.
