Our story
Lehder AI is a non-profit AI consultancy based in Switzerland. Founded by Kurt Lehder with the clear goal of making AI solutions accessible — for SMEs, public institutions, and non-profit organisations. Our team combines strategic consulting, technical engineering, and change management. We are not theorists: every recommendation we make is one we have implemented ourselves. Our offices in Thun, Bogotá, Karlsruhe, and Istanbul allow us to think internationally and deliver locally.
